Instruction and Application: The stainless steel wire of 304L (022Cr19Ni10) is covered with welding wire and flux. The metal impurity elements C, S and P are low, mechanical properties are good and the corrosion resistance of the crystals is excellent.The welding agent has good performance, easy removal of slag, flux transition Cr, Ni and other alloy elements.Suitable for surfacing of carbon steel or low alloy steel surface.The transition layer uses wire H309SL.

All-welded metal radio-graphic testing:
According to NB / T 47103.2, The radio-graphic testing should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-welded metal should not be less than Class I at least.

Notice:
1.Redry the flux at 300℃-350℃ for 1hours.
2.The welding consumables surface rust, oil and other impurities to be clean.
3.The welding slag must be cleaned up in the multi-pass welding. The inter-pass temperature should be controlled below 150℃.
