Instruction and Application: Titanium calcium type drug skin 0Cr13NiMo type martensite stainless steel, by adding alloy elements of Ni, Mo corrosion resistant performance is more stable, hardness, and high temperature wear resistance increase, effectively prevent the formation of hot and cold crack, AC/DC, all position welding. Apply to valves and other corrosion resistant, wear resistant stainless steel components welding.

All-welded metal radio graphic testing:
According to NB/T 47013.2, the radio graphic testing should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-welded metal should not be less than Class I at least.

Notice:
1.The electrode with titanium-calcium coating must be stoved at 200-300℃ for 1 hours prior to use.
2.The welding consumables surface rust, oil fouling and other impurities must be cleaned up.
3.The welding slag must be cleaned up in the multi-pass welding. The inter-pass temperature should be controlled below 150 ℃.
