Instruction and Application: The ultra-low carbon stainless steel of titanium calcium is excellent in welding process, because of the addition of Mo and low carbon, the anti-cracking performance is excellent. Carbon steel and stainless steel used in petroleum chemical industry, pressure vessel welding of heterogeneous material, can also be used for cast steel, welding of ferritic stainless steel, or for 316 L (022Cr17Ni12Mo2) stainless steel corrosion resistant surfacing render.

Notice:
1.The electrode with titanium-calcium coating must be stoved at 200-300℃ for 1 hours prior to use.
2.The welding consumables surface rust, oil fouling and other impurities must be cleaned up.
3.The welding slag must be cleaned up in the multi-pass welding. The inter-pass temperature should be controlled below 150 ℃.
