Commonly used in carbon steel and stainless steel welding material, used in petroleum chemical industry, pressure vessel, important structure of the thermal power plant and other industries, or for the 304 (06 cr19ni10) low carbon stainless steel corrosion resistant surfacing welding backing.

According to NB/T 47013.2, the radio graphic testing should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-welded metal should not be less than Class I at least.

Notice:
1.The electrode with titanium-calcium coating must be stoved at 200-300℃ for 1 hours prior to use.
2.The welding consumables surface rust, oil fouling and other impurities must be cleaned up.
3.The welding slag must be cleaned up in the multi-pass welding. The inter-pass temperature should be controlled below 150 ℃.
