Instruction and Application: The 316L (022Cr17Ni12Mo2) type stainless steel with titanium-calcium coating is widely used in petrochemical, fertilizer, urea production or storage equipment. The electrode with a low C content has good welding processing properties, fine blowhole resisting performance. The electrode can be operated in all welding positions and with AC-DC dual-use.

Notice:
1.The electrode with titanium-calcium coating must be stoved at 200-300℃ for 1 hours prior to use.
2.The welding consumables surface rust, oil fouling and other impurities must be cleaned up.
3.The welding slag must be cleaned up in the multi-pass welding. The inter-pass temperature should be controlled below 150 ℃.
