Instruction and Application: The 316(06Cr17Ni12Mo2)type stainless steel with titanium-calcium coating is widely used in petrochemical, fertilizer, urea production or storage equipment. The electrode has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and crack resistance, particularly good resistance against chloride corrosive pitting . The electrode can be operated in all welding positions and with AC-DC dual-use.

Notice:
1.The electrode with titanium-calcium coating must be stoved at 200-300℃ for 1 hours prior to use.
2.The welding consumables surface rust, oil fouling and other impurities must be cleaned up.
3.The welding slag must be cleaned up in the multi-pass welding. The inter-pass temperature should be controlled below 150 ℃.
