Instruction and Application: The 304L (022Cr19Ni10) type ultra-low carbon stainless steel with titanium-calcium coating is used in the welding of petrochemical industry, power station boilers, food machinery, medical equipment, fertilizer and other associated equipment in other industries. The electrode has good welding processing properties, stable arc, little spatter, the coating is not easy to crack. The electrode can be operated in all welding positions and with AC-DC dual-use.

All-welded metal radio graphic testing:
According to NB/T 47013.2, The radio graphic testing should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-welded metal should not be less than Class I at least.

Notice:
1.The electrode with titanium-calcium coating must be stoved at 200-300℃ for 1 hours prior to use.
2.The welding consumables surface rust, oil fouling and other impurities must be cleaned up.
3.The welding slag must be cleaned up in the multi-pass welding. The inter-pass temperature should be controlled below 150 ℃.
