Instruction and Application: H10MnNiG is a dedicated pipeline steel flux-cored wire for submerged arc welding and flux combination SJ111G, SJ111G ultra low hydrogen sintered flux, basicity B>2.5, flux process performance, deposited metal purity and low content of S,P, good mechanical properties. Applies to X65, X70 steel and welding of low alloy high strength steel structures of steel, especially meet the needs high corrosion resistance and low temperature impact -30℃.

According to NB / T 47013.2, the radio-graphic detecting technique should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-weld metal should not be less than Class I.

Notice:
1.Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2 hours.
2.Cleaning the oil stain, rust and moisture of the weldment surface before welding.
3.Multi-pass welding must clean the welding slag. Each layer is controlled below 150℃.
