Instruction and Application: H09MnNiMoG welding wire and flux combination SJ16G, SJ16G ultra low hydrogen sintered flux, basicity B>2.5, flux process performance, deposited metal purity and low content of S,P, good mechanical properties. Applicable ASME Boiler and pressure vessel SA508 Gr. 3 Class 1 (13MnNiMoR), submerged arc welding of steels.

According to NB / T 47013.2, the radio-graphic detecting technique should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-weld metal should not be less than Class I.

Notice

1.Redry the flux at 300-350 for 2 hours.

2.Cleaning the oil stain, rust and moisture of the weldment surface before welding.

3.Multi-pass welding must clean the welding slag. Each layer is controlled below 150.
