Instruction and Application: Heat-resisting steel tungsten argon arc welding wire, low content of deposited metal impurities S,P, high intensity, good low temperature impact properties. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure boiler super-heater, seal top of ASME SA387 Gr. 91, A213Gr., T91, A355 Gr. P91 steel base materials such as steel butt welding and submerged-arc-welding bottoming in use.

*In practice, the heat treatment system shall be formulated separately by the supply and demand parties or by the conditions of the working conditions (such as the thickness of the specimen).
HD (Mercury method): ≤ 2.5ml/100g
All-weld metal radio-graphic testing:
According to NB / T 47103.2, the radio-graphic detecting technique should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-weld metal should not be less than Class I.

Notice:
1. Cleaning the oil stain, rust and moisture of the welding surface before welding.
2. The interpass temperature should be controlled into 180°C-250°C.
3. Operate with short arc would be better, arc length controlled to among 1~3mm.
