Apply to the petroleum refining, petrochemical, coal conversion, steam turbine cylinder, thermal power, nuclear energy, and other large equipment for hydrogenation reactor of welding ASME SA387 Gr. 22 Class 2 (12Cr2Mo1R). Suitable for narrow gap welding.

According to NB / T 47013.2, the radio-graphic detecting technique should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-weld metal should not be less than Class I.

Notice:
1.Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2 hours.
2.Cleaning the oil stain, rust and moisture of the weldment surface before welding.
3.Multi-pass welding must clean the welding slag. Each layer is controlled into 180℃ to 250℃.
