Instruction and Application: H13CrMoA welding wire and flux SJ101, SJ101 alkali fluoride-type flux, rounded particles, particle size is 2.0~0.28mm (10~60mesh). Excellent welding properties and metallurgical properties. Suitable for welding of 1%Cr-0.5%Mo of Pearlite heat-resistant steel, such as heat-resistant steel pipe structure 15CrMo, 12CrMo steel welding. Suitable for narrow gap welding.

According to NB / T 47013.2, the radio-graphic detecting technique should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of all-weld metal should not be less than Class I.

Notice:
1.Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2 hours.
2.Cleaning the oil stain, rust and moisture of the weldment surface before welding.
3.Multi-pass welding must clean the welding slag. Each layer is controlled into 180℃ to 250℃.
