Instruction and Application: Low-sodium type coating of low alloy heat-resistant steel electrode, suitable for DC reverse polarity, short arc operation, all-position welding can be carried out. Operating characteristics of an electrode, and has good resistance to fatigue property of welded joints, high strength, excellent creep resistance at elevated temperatures can get good strength and toughness. Suitable for field installation and construction, compliance with AWS A5.5 E9016-B9 about the project requirements.

For welding of high temperature and high pressure boiler super-heater, first class, for ASME SA387 Gr. 91, A213Gr. T91, A355 Gr. P91 steel welding.

According to NB / T 47013.2, the radio-graphic detecting technique should not be less than class AB and the quality grade of deposited metal should not be less than Class I.

Notice

1. Redry the electrode at 350~400°C for 1~2hour.

2.Cleaning the oil stain, rust and moisture of the weldment surface before welding.

3.Operate with short arc and narrow bead welding method, preheating temperature about 150°C, the temperature between different welding bead should be controlled to 150~300°C.
