Instruction and Application: Low hydrogen type electrode of low alloy heat - resistant Steels welding electrodes, and have good fatigue cracking of welded joint performance of their excellent comprehensive Mechanical Properties of Welded Joints, welding operation is good, suitable for field installation and construction, in line with the requirements of AWS A5.5 E8016-B2 related projects.Compared with ordinary heat - resisting steel welding material, has the following features :

Designed specifically for hydrogenation and coking oil refinery engineering ASME SA387 Gr. 12 Class 1 steel plate welding.

Notice

1. Redry the electrode at 350~400°C for 1~2hour.

2.Cleaning the oil stain, rust and moisture of the weldment surface before welding.

3.Operate with short arc and narrow bead welding method, preheating temperature about 150°C, the temperature between different welding bead should be controlled to 150~300°C.
