Instruction and Application: Solder H06Mn35DR combined with the flux SJ208DR, SJ208DR is ultra low hydrogen sintering flux, alkalinity B > 2.0, is a circular granular shape, and the particle size is 2.0 ~ 0.28mm (10 ~ 60 mesh).The welding process is excellent, the weld metal is pure, the content of S and P is low, the mechanical property is good, especially the low temperature impact toughness is good.Applicable to “Coal Chemical Industry” and petrochemical industry - 100 ℃ low temperature steel pressure vessel welding, such as ASME SA 203 Gr. E (09 MnNiDR) submerged arc welding of steel.

Notice:
1.Redry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2 hours.
2.Cleaning the oil stain, rust and moisture of the weldment surface before welding.
3.Multi-pass welding must clean the welding slag. Each layer is controlled below 150℃.
